Paneer & Mushroom Gravy

  1. Mushroom- 2 cups
  2. Paneer- 200 grams
  3. Onion- 1 medium size (finely chopped)
  4. Tomato-2 medium size(finely chopped)
  5. Green chilly-2 (Slit)
  6. Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
  7. Cumin powder/Jeera powder-2 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon 
  9. Turmeric powder-little
  10. Red  chilly powder/Salt- To taste
  11. Kasoori methi- 2 teaspoon
  12. Oil+Ghee- 2 teaspoon
  13. Water- As required
  1. Cinnamon-small stick 
  2. Cloves-2
  3. Bay leaves-1 

To Grind:
  1. Cashew nuts- 5 nos
  2. Badam-8 nos
  3. Poppy seeds/Kas kas-1 tablespoon
Soak this hot water for 15 mins and grind ith with little water.

  • Heat oil+ghee in pan,splutter whole gram masala one by one.
  • Add green chilly,
  • Add ginger garlic paste saute well.
  • Now add onions and well,wait till all get shrink in the oil.
  • Put tomato and fry till all get in to mushy form.
  • Then add the dry ,fry for 1 min [powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,chilly power,turmeric powder] 
  • Add little water,once water get boiling add the grinded paste.
  • Mix well ,close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Then add the kasoori methi powder on top,
  • Add sour cream and mix.[This's Optional]
  • Put cilantro at the end.
  • Serve with Pulka roti,Naan,chappathi,rice etc.,
